Our store is comprised of over 5000 sq ft of lawn and garden, giftware, flowers, produce, and fresh-baked items. Our facility is located on nearly 3 acres loaded with fresh nursery stock and flowers many locally grown at our farm (J and M Growers in Southampton NJ.) We are a Scott’s supercenter and true value dealer with access to thousands of items.

We stock thousands of trees and shrubs with a large selection of ornamentals as well. Many of our plants come from our own farm right here in south jersey as well as other nurseries. When you purchase a plant from us you’ll know that it’s of the highest quality because we buy from only the best growers in the nation. We find the best price and highest quality plant material for our customers and being a grower ourselves that gives us a great advantage on price and selection. When it comes to flowers you just can’t beat the selection we carry here at The General’s Country Gardens. We stock three greenhouses full plus thousands of square feet of benches of annuals and perennials. Most of our annuals are grown under state-of-the-art glass greenhouses which produce a healthier more hardy plant. You’ll find all your favorites as well as many of the proven winner varieties at a low affordable price.

If we don’t stock it, we can get it in most cases in less than a week. We are located at 1214 Route 70 in Whiting NJ. Just 600 ft west of the Super Wawa and Rt 539. A 20-minute drive from the Toms River Area.
